Rollsystem produce dal 1981 preformati abrasivi per burattatura, vibrofinitura e trattamenti affini “in massa” delle superfici metalliche (e non). Il programma di produzione comprende anche composti chimici additivi, sia per burattatura e vibrofinitura, sia per depurazione acque.
Nel 1991 Rollsystem è stata la prima azienda in Europa nel proprio settore a lanciare l’innovativa “Serie Europa” di composti riformulati per un maggior rispetto ambientale, un ridotto inquinamento ed un livello di depurabilità decisamente migliorato. Questo moderno programma è stato presentato al congresso TF – Parma (primavera ’91 – Trattamenti e Finiture, fiera specialistica di settore). Il percorso avviato con la strategia ambientale del 1991 è proseguito con la realizzazione ed il perfezionamento di composti depuranti ad elevata efficienza.
Parallelamente si sono compiuti passi significativi nell’ambito della formulazione e fabbricazione dei preformati abrasivi, in particolare:
Gamma PB, a legante poliestere, abrasivi riformulati con mescola a bassissima schiumosità e con una particolare attenzione al consumo (per ridurre al massimo la produzione di fanghi, compatibilmente con la tipologìa di finiture desiderate);
Gamma UF, a legante amminoplastico, riformulato rispetto ai vecchi ed inquinanti “ureici”, i nuovi abrasivi amminoplastici si pongono sul mercato con consumi drasticamente ridotti e conseguentemente minor inquinamento.
Fin dall’Ottobre 1999, data di prima emissione della certificazione di qualità della nostra azienda, tutti gli abrasivi di nostra fabbricazione vengono sottoposti a test di durata per 24 ore in vibroburattatrici e vengono classificati “conformi” solo se rispettano severi limiti di durata.
Tali limiti inoltre, dal 1999 al 2007, sono stati progressivamente ridotti per assicurare sempre maggiori durate a parità di potere abrasivo e valori di inquinamento (produzione di fanghi) sempre più contenute.
L’evidenza oggettiva di questi limiti autoimposti sono testimoniati dalle evoluzioni parametriche registrate dal 1999 ad oggi con il nostro sistema di qualità aziendale.
Rollsystem: qualità e rispetto per l’ambiente.

Since 1981 Rollsystem produces abrasive chips for barrelling, vibrofinishing and similar “mass finishing treatments” for metal and other surfaces. The production programme also includes additive chemical compounds, both for barrelling and vibrofinishing as well as for waste water treatments.
In 1991, Rollsystem was the first European company in its own field to introduce the innovative reformulated compounds “Series Europe” for a better environmental respect, reduced pollution and a definite better water clearance level. This modern programme was introduced during the TF-Parma congress (spring 1991 – Trattamenti e Finitura, exhibition dedicated to surface treatment solutions). In 1991 Rollsystem began an environmental strategy that has been developed with the production and improvement of high efficiency waste water treatment compounds.
At the same time important steps have been done in the formulation and production of abrasive chips, in particular:
PB range, polyester bonded, abrasive chips, reformulated with a very low foaming mixture and with particular care to the consumption (to reduce as much as possible mud production, in relation with the finishing requirements);
UF range, aminoplastic bonded abrasive media, reformulated in place of the old and polluting ureic ones that have been introduced on the market with very reduced consumption and consequently lower pollution level.
Since October 1999, date of our first company quality certification, all of the chips we produce are tested for 24 hours in our vibrating machines and are classified “OK” only after passing positively the expected duration statements.
Moreover, the duration limits of our statements, from 1999 till 2007, have been gradually reduced to ensure always a longer life with same abrasive action, thus reducing the pollution level (mud production).
These self-imposed limits are confirmed by the evolution of the parameters registered with our company quality system, from 1999 till now.
